Dimly lit stages is a collection of live music photos by Caroline Vandekerckhove.
Caroline freezes moments in time, or at least that’s what she tries to do. She doesn’t particularly enjoy writing her own bio.
Her natural habitat consists of small to moderate-sized venues, places where the music prevails over special effects.
She has photographed an impressive amount of concerts for the online magazines indiestyle.be and damusic.be, and as an in-house photographer for Het Depot and the Botanique, two of Belgium’s finest venues.
Some of her pictures have been used by artists like The National, Sam Amidon, John Smith and Ryan Adams.
She loves travelling too and would make an excellent tour photographer.
